[APBeta] New Print Chart Scheme

See no difference in the new print chart scheme.
Still no tellrad circles.
Have margins set to minimum to maximize print space.
See no way to adjust chart size or which is the main chart (still 
eyepiece view.
All text on the right side of page is cropped off.
Have all my fonts for printing within AP set at either 8 or 10 point but 
that appears not to make a difference.

Maybe I am missing something here......
Attached is the settings screen as I have it in v104
along with a screen shot of the page before printing (which it prints 
exactly as shown).
