[APBeta] New Print Chart Scheme

OK, this is something I'll have to think about making clearer :^)
Each of the Chart checkboxes is actually the root of a hierarchical set of options. If you click on the little grey triangle next to it, it will expand to show the options for that chart. See example below for the Naked-eye Chart.
Ditto for the other settings. I did it this way to try an keep the options display relatively uncluttered.
