[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b65 released

Weird, I've actually noticed a performance increase with the latest beta.

Starting up AP takes about 24s for me (Win 7).  Switching between tabs takes
a max of 2 seconds (only FOV and Sky tab.)
