[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b65 released

Paul,

I started up APv2b65, clicked on the Sky Window (worked fine) and then  
clicked on the FOV window. AP did nothing for a few seconds and then  
crashed. I will send you the crash report by direct email.

I have not been able to get it to crash again, with the same or any  
other click sequence, so it could be a fluke.
