[APBeta] Windows 7 performance

Once I got the problem solved that I was having with Win 7 and AP
Beta, I have been happy with it's performance as well.  It does seem a
bid faster as well, although I will agree the FOV repaint is a tad
slower, lol.  All in all, I am content :)
