[APBeta] Windows 7 performance

I would have to say that I am using Windows 7 64 bit commercial with AP V2
and have been for quite a while and I am not seeing to many issues with it
at all. It does flicker a bit sometimes and the repaint of the FOV
preferences window is amusingly slow but otherwise it works fine. The search
Window stuff that others have reported I am not seeing, and certainly
nothing I can't live with.
