[APBeta] Default Location of Plan Documents Folder

I would like to change the location of my Plan Documents Folder, but cannot
find if this is possible.  "Where is My Stuff" in Help shows me where the
default location is, but nothing about how to change the location.  If
possible,, how do you do it?  If not, is this something that should be
allowed?
