[APBeta] Default Location of Plan Documents Folder

It really doesn't matter where you keep your documents. When AP is installed and runs the first time, it creates an "AstroPlanner" folder within your Documents folder as a "convenience". However, nothing is stopping you from storing plan documents wherever you want.
