[APBeta] AP V2 question

Peter --

I've used a couple of different ways to do that, depending on my humor:

1) Right click the object, select the sub menu with the object's name, and select "Force Highlighted". Then go in to Ojbect List Preferences and make sure "Group highlighted objects at top after sorting" is on.

2) Add a user column (say, "Mark"), type a 1 in that column for each object you want to mark, and then sort on that column.

The first one is easier if I change the sub-group often (as there's a "Remove All Forced Highlighting" command in the menu, and there's no out-of-the-box way to zero a user column on multiple objects).

The second is easier if I change between whole-group and sub-group often (as I don't have to keep going in and out of Object List Preferences).

Which brings me to an enhancement request:

If "Forced Highlighting" and "Highlighting" were added to the list of columns in the Sort Objects dialog popups, then the "Group at top" option could be removed from the Object List Preferences dialog, and users would be able to create named Sorts that included or didn't include grouping of highlighted objects (as well as using highlighting to sub-sort after, say, visiblity or altitude).
