[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b5 released

btw, Paul, since 2.0b4 (and including 2.0b5), the icon for AP has changed to 
a Swiss Army Knife.  I suspect your build process lost the icon (unless you 
meant to change the icon from the observatory).
