[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b5 released

ok.. Did a bit of testing with 2.0b5. :)

Paul - you rock.  My observations database file (that I sent you earlier) no 
longer crashes AP - and all my observations come in fine.  However, I copied 
in my AstroPlanner Resources file, and that now crashes AP.  Let me know if 
you want a copy of that file off-list.  Otherwise, it's simple enough to 
rebuild my Resources.  One interesting point that may be related to the 
prior Observation DB crash is that I have one observation that shows up as 
January 1, 1930.
