[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b2 released

[RPEHLM]

Hi Paul,

1: Resource editing appears to be working just fine.
2: I'm not getting a crash on opening a second (or third) document.  I 
probably need to try harder! :)
3: Not getting the site horizon displayed on the object plan page (think 
I reported that already).

My observation database is empty at the moment.  I'll populate it with a 
few items and see if that makes any difference.
