[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b2 released

This appears to be another Windows Heisenbug. I suspect it has  
something to do with Windows events happening in a different order  
from the Mac, but I can't reproduce the bug in the debugger (the whole  
thing just crashes). So it's going to take a while to sort out. I  
suspect it will resolve at least two of the more "popular" reported  
exceptions. The app is just too damn complex.
