[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b2 released

Consider yourself lucky. It's driving me crazy. Sometimes it raises  
the LEDBar exception, sometimes the Resized exception, and sometimes  
just quits without comment (very annoying). In the debugger it always  
seems to crash without comment.

I'm pretty sure it's an event ordering problem, since it works fine on  
the Mac, and the only real difference twixt the two is some odd event  
ordering on Windows. I'm going to try and determine that today. Or  
perhaps just retire (which is an option, since I haven't taken any  
money for V2 yet :^)
