[APBeta] GMT offsets for sites in AP 2.0

-8 hours.

I haven't changed anything for the built-in database. However, the  
database does not include GMT offsets, so the app just plonks in a  
value of -7. I really should look at the longitude and take a stab at  
guessing the time zone. I'll add a feature request for that.
