[APBeta] Cryptic Change to "New Observation" button

I was out in the field last night using AP 2.3.2b6 (under macOS) and, upon trying to enter a new observation (when I was in the  “Objects” tab of the plan window), I found there was no longer a “New Observation” button! Instead there was a very cryptic “…” button. I thought I was losing my mind, wondering how I created new observations in the past!   ;-)

OK, I hit the “…” and got the action that I wanted (an auto-switch to the “Observations” tab and the auto-creation of a new dated/timed observation, so the functionality is still there. However, that cryptic label for the button needs some help!
