[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.3.2b6 released

Note that I also corrected another bug (not listed) that was causing some issues with reading image files. e.g. when selecting a PNG or JPEG image in the observation attachments it will now display the image again. This was an issue with some third-party software that was borked a month or two ago. I have contacted the author.
