[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.3a29 released

Not a dumb question at all. Yes, you can run both. There might be cases where you change some new thing on 2.3 and the setting or value gets lost when you revert to 2.2, but it shouldn’t cause any other issues (famous last words, caveat emptor, alpha release, etc.)
