[APBeta] AP V2.3a11 - no high res display on Mac

Hi-DPI (Retina) support has not yet been addressed (I thought I’d resolved it, but it would seem it only works here…). It requires a couple of hours of grunt work to get it right. I will change the status of that enhancement request to “open” (unresolved).
