[APBeta] UCAC3 access

Hey Paul,

/Applications/AddedApps/Astronomy apps/Astroplanner/UCAC3/readme

is the path.  I was out of pocket for about 6 weeks and the latest APbeta I had was 2.1b3.  It worked fine in that location (and still does if I wait out the timer and use that version), but does not work in 2.1b6.  I have been using the UCAC3 since receiving the DVD in the mail.

I copied the whole DVD to my hard drive so that I would have it available.
