[APBeta] AP V2 & Mac: Gestures?

11!  So far the most I've come across is a 3-point gesture in one of
Kestrel's paint programs (the Adobe one I think).  My Acer supports
2-point contact, which seems to be enough for the majority of gestures.

Also, this is first time I've heard the suggestion of putting 'Windows' on
an iPad.  We'll make a convert of you yet! :-D
