[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b100 released

Oh, come now. Downloading each beta takes just a few seconds more than a minute; installing it similarly takes about thirty seconds; and the time limit is, what, a month? I really don't think this is a hassle at all, let alone worth complaining about.
