[APBeta] user contributed plans - APBeta Digest, Vol 29, Issue 4

  Ron,

I'm also running Win7 64bit (Ultimate edition). I'm having a problem
scrolling lists using the mouse scroll wheel. Are you having the same
problem? I'm trying to figure out if it is a local (to me) problem or
more general. The funny thing is I only have this problem with
applications built with a particular compiler. Other applications
respond to the mouse scroll wheel just as expected. AP running on
WinXPProSP3 does not have this issue either, just seems to be a problem
with Win7. Currently using APv2b92.

Regards
Robin
