[APBeta] "About AstroPlanner..." dialog bug

  Hi Igor,

Very similar to bug report #3965 which has already been fixed to v2b93.

I'm also running APv2 on Win7 64bit.  Are you having problems scrolling 
lists using the mouse scroll wheel (if you have one)?
