[APBeta] Definition of "Visible"

Hi Paul:

Not sure if this is a bug or not.  Might be just the way it is supposed to work, but thought I'd mention it.  A guy on Cloudy Nights was asking about a way to tell what times/dates an object will be above 25°.  I mentioned Astroplanner and its visibility graphics.

However, I was unable to limit visibility to above 25°.  I went into the resource editor, and set my site to a fixed horizon of 25°.  I went back to the object list and M22 was showing a current altitude of 6°, yet the Visibility column said "Yes".  Is the horizon setting supposed to determine visibility, or does visibility just mean that it's above the horizon?

Seems like there should be some way in Astronplanner to define a minimum altitude as the definition for "visible".  An object is rarely visible when it is just above the horizon.  The minimum visibility definition should apply to the Visibility column as well as visibility graphics.
