[APBeta] APv2b80 - Moon rise and set, again

Just thinking out loud here....
Could it be that AP is confusing local time and UT?
If you have things set to show local time, but AP calculates rise/set times
via UT, then depending on your time zone, if 8:00pm is 0hrs UT and AP
computes
in UT, then it would be showing the next day (say 16th local, but 17th UT).
Just a thought.

By playing around with the local time I found that for tonight, 5/16/10, the next moon set and rise time are correct if the local time is set earlier than 8:00:00 pm, i.e. it is correct for 7:59:59 pm. However, they change when the local time is set to 8:00:00 pm or later, i.e. it skips the next set time and gives the following rise and set times.
