[APBeta] APv2b80 - Moon rise and set, again

Well, this gets more and more interesting. I checked it again about 9:10 pm EDT and it was doing what it did last night, namely giving me tomorrow's rise and set times. So at 7:45 pm it gave me the correct next set time (10:39 pm) and at 9:10 pm it gave me an incorrect next set time (11:23 pm). It seems to have something to do with how close to the next moon set time you are.
