[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b80 released

A solution to Win64x slowness may be a complete clean installation of AP. I
did so about a month ago, after which the application was significantly
faster, especially the intitial startup. I simply copied the contents of the
old AP folder to the new one and all was well.

Win 7 64-bit? Are you seeing the same slowness problems as Igor?
