I'm on 64-bit Windows 7, and saving plans (~100 objects, all with downloaded
photos) takes <4-5 seconds.

So the question is: what's causing the slowdown? I don't have a 64-bit Win
OS to test against, and I'm loathe to throw more money at MS only to find on
my virgin computer that it works fine (usually the case). Are any of you
within 45 mins of Seattle, with a Win 64 installation, showing these
negative behaviours?
