Windows 7 64 Bit Athlon X2 4600 processor

I'm getting most of the same results as Igor. None of the install "hang"
mentioned by Mark.

The weird window drawing behavior is really only noticeable when the DSS
Images are displayed (when viewing the objects tab).

When I exit a plan and save, it completes the process in less than 2
seconds (albeit a small plan with only 10 objects).
