[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b80 released

I have Windows 7, 64bit, and have no installer hang problems 
(not this version, not prior versions).

I don't have any complaints about scripts not working. When 
I launch a plan without AstroPlanner started, it does indeed 
open to a "smaller" size, and then resizes, but it happens 
really fast.

While dragging the edge of a window to re-size, I get a lot 
of weird drawing behavior inside the window (with sub-pane 
overlapping or mis-drawing), but the moment I release the 
mouse it instantly re-draws correctly.

The only slow thing (consistent for all the betas I can 
recall) is saving a plan file.  It takes 20 secs or so and 
if I try to do anything while that is happening,  "window is 
not responding" appears in the title bar.  No ill effects 
otherwise, and everything is fine once it is done saving.
