[APBeta] APv2b80 - Moon rise and set, again

Paul,

I may be misunderstanding how the Moon info box is supposed to work, but here is what I see:

Local time - 8:24 pm EDT
Moon  Next Rise: 6:38 am (yup, that seems right)
            Next Set: 10:29 pm (nope, as shown in the graphic, it will set at about 9:30 pm, i.e. about an hour from now)

Based on the earlier conversation, I expected the following:

Local time - 8:24 pm EDT
Moon  Next Set: 9:30 pm
            Next Rise: 6:38 am

Am I missing something?
