[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b76 released

Paul,
When running the plan creation wizard and I get to the "What" window where
the type of object and catalog are selected, the available catalogs are
listed. Some catalogs have check boxes some don't.  
I expected all catalogs to have checkboxes.
