[APBeta] Observation HTML script broken?

Hi, is anybody else encountering an unhandled exception during the
operation of the Observation HTML script? I'm using v.2.0b82. 
I recall this particular script was broken but then Paul fixed it. I haven't 
used it in a while and tried to use it again just now and found it wasn't 
working again. 

I suspect the problem lies with me and not with the script, but I thought I'd 
double check.
