[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b90 released

Anyone experiencing AP opening plans in max window but the window is not
maxed? I opened a plan (planets.apd) to check on a reported bug and AP
b90 opens it maxed, then resizes it to a smaller window with the maxed
window button appearing as maxed but it's not. Clicking on the maxed
button resizes it to smaller window and re-clicking on the max button,
re-maximizes the window to a normal maxed window.
