[APBeta] Deleting Duplicates of DSS Images

Well, if you select the "Delete existing images" option it will delete an already-existing image before downloading. If it isn't selected, the download should never occur.

Note that if there is more than one "duplicate" image, only one of those is (currently) going to get deleted.

I have changed the interface so that you can choose what gets deleted: All duplicates (the default), the oldest duplicate, or the newest duplicate. 



It's probably overkill, since the "All" option is probably what one would want 99.9% of the time.
