[APBeta] 2.0b87 release

Folks,

Although I said I'd probably release 2.0b87 today, I'm in the middle of eliminating some ASCOM bugs. Hence I'm going to delay release until tomorrow to give me a chance to continue the ASCOM fixes, since they affect many of you.

While, I remember, there are some new features in 2.0b87. Although I promised myself I wouldn't succumb to any new features at this stage, one of them was for a personal acquaintance who's also a power user, and the others were relatively easy and unlikely to cause any problems. Consider myself firmly spanked, and let's move on :^)
