[APBeta] Transfer Const FoV Chart Rendered to Objects

Seize the initiative by transferring of the FoV Constellation Chart rendered under the FoV tab and getting it under the Object tab as a macro illustration.  DWH -
 
Re: [APBeta] 1. alphabetic character F next to the Observation date/time in the Observation tab - 2. catalog only with the names of constellations possible?‏

It would seem that (b) isn't working as it used to*. The FoV size is not changing to encapsulate the entire constellation.
