[APBeta] APv2b61 telescope control, etc

Paul,

I took APv2b61 out to the observatory tonight and gave it a workout.  
It performed really well, with only one bug found (not important for  
me, but might be for others). Here is the story:

1. Checked v1 to v2 conversion and it worked fine.

2. Checked DSS download and it worked fine.

3. Connected to my Meade LX200ACF via a Keyspan serial to USB adapter  
and it worked fine.

4. Did a High Precision slew and it worked fine. The High Precision  
control palette slew arrows are arranged correctly.

5. Opened the Telescope Control Palette and it opened fine.

6. Used Telescope Control Palette to move scope and it worked fine.

7. Used Telescope Control Palette to focus scope and it worked fine.

8. !!!Clicked on Slew to Home on Telescope Control Palette and AP  
froze. In fact the computer was totally frozen; I could not move to  
another application. No amount of clicking did anything. A debugging  
window appeared and it had the message "APSemaphore from  
TelescopeMount timed out" in it. I was able to Force Quit AP and get  
control of my computer back. This bug is not critical for me because I  
do not normally do a remote shutdown of the scope, but there are those  
who do. I have filed a bug report on this.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this version. I does what I use AP to  
do.
