  I do not think there is much you can do if it does not have a PA but does
have  major and minor axes. The default in almost all cases would be to draw
these with a PA of 0. The only thing I can think of would be to draw those
galaxies you do not have PA information for either in a different colour or
line style from those you do have PA information for and they are zero.
