Paul,
re mountings...
A lot of observers are now removing OTA's from Lx200 and Celestron mounts
and fitting them to the HEQ5pro and or the NEQ6 mounts to take advantage of
the GEM configuration and new "hi tech" solutions that these mounts give.
( I've ended up doing that myself with a 10" OTA from a Lx200 fork)
