Hi Gang,

I have just uploaded my prefix_FITSLib library file, together with a
couple of simple example scripts (FITSHeader and MakeFITS).

prefix_FITSLib is a native APScript library that can read, write and to a
limited extent, create FITS format files (see
<http://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov>).

IMPORTANT:
ONLY USE IT ON FITS FILES YOU HAVE BACKUP COPIES OF!!!

Check the Scripting Framework Reference for some document.  The library
itself needs a lot more (I know, AND it needs to be more consistent<g>).

prefix_FITSLib is more or less at the Alpha release stage, in that no one
but me has seen this code.  This project has been going mouldy on my hard
disk for ages now!  I keep tinkering with it from time to time but I don't
think it's going to get much further without some serious criticisms.
SO BRING IT ON! :-D
