Folks,

Please log every bug/crash/abnormality you find, even if it's been logged before. For crash/exception report in particular, even if you or others have logged it in the past, the report will be updated and moved to the head of the list. I tend to attack bugs from the most recent back, since many of the older ones have probably "gone away".

Also, please use the bug reporter in the Help menu wherever possible. This brings bugs to my attention faster, and saves me from having to enter them into the bug database manually (which ends up with me missing some of them). Obviously if the app doesn't run at all, or the bug reporter is crashing, then sending me e-mail is the only way to go...
