Hmmm. what kind of machine are you using? b39 comes up in less than 20
seconds on my laptop. With about 40 objects in a plan, panel switches take
maybe 3 seconds. Maybe your install didn't go right?

I'm not sure if these problems have been reported before- I searched the
archives but was not able to find these problems...

On the plan screen (I guess you would call it the main one) first thing I
noticed- it loads SLOW. As in William Shatner slow. As in I'm. Going. To.
Come. Up. Any. Time. Now. 5+ minutes to load and panel switches take 2-3
minutes to settle down.

Also on plan screen it shows the sun coming up at 11:56 AM and setting at
11:56 PM, twilight at 10:38

And the Latitude/Longitude display at the top reads 00'00 for both

Am I missing something in the setup? My Resources are correct.
