[APBeta] Windows document dirty indicator

Most developer-oriented software does the asterisk thing (XMLSpy, DevStudio, etc.). I checked a few of our apps, and FrameMaker and GoLive also uses the asterisk (so it's not just developer software), while Photoshop and Acrobat don't seem to show any indication (although I tried a very old Photoshop).
