[APBeta] Image downloads not working?

I just installed b38 this morning and now don't seem to be able to download
images. I tried SDSS, POSS 2 Gen Red, and HST phase 2: all gave the error
"Could not get URL."
 
My interent access appears to be working fine, as both email and web access
are fine. Hmmm..., I installed a new router yesterday -- is it possible the
firewall is being over-enthusiastic?
