One thing to check in this situation is to open taxk manager and make sure
there's not an old version of AP running. You can kill it if there is and
then the app will start when you try again. I find this happens often when
AP fails on startup. (it's a Windows thing.)

Paul, I was able to get it running.
For some reason it was using 100% of the CPU. So, I just did an old
fashion trick, I rebooted, put in my old settings and it is working.
