[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b29 released

I had two lines of code interchanged, and this caused (on Windows) the  
app to get stuck in a loop spawning the same thread over and over,  
each one trying to suck the image cache into the new database. A  
recipe for disaster. 2.0b29 should fix this. 2.0b30 will fix the  
noticeable delay when quitting.
