Odd. Did you try uninstalling before reinstalling? Are you running as  
an administrator?

If that doesn't work, try disabling your security software while you  
install and see if that helps. This appears to be a problem with the  
installer itself. If the above strategies don't work, I can contact  
the installer vendor or check their FAQs.
