[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b28 released

I played with the script, and found a couple bugs right off the bat.   
Mostly differences in the way 1.x and 2.x do things.

My to-do list for the script currently looks like this:


	- finder scope does not display proper list of finders - reconcile  
against current equipment resources database

	- star catalog filtering is not working; displaying all catalogs,  
regardless of whether they are stellar catalogs or not

	- does AP support multiple selections? if so, change to support  
multiple selected object in addition to highlighted objects

	- is there anything from the (unreleased) 1.4 version that needs to  
be incorporated here?
